No, and you should refuse any service that asks. The weapon stays in your inventory the entire time. Nothing is traded, sold, or transferred in either direction — there is no point in the process where anyone but you holds the item.

A StatTrak knife, yes — it has a counter and works exactly like a weapon. Gloves do not have a StatTrak counter at all, in any variant, so there is nothing to raise. If a service offers you StatTrak gloves, that is a good moment to stop.

Sometimes, and not predictably. The market treats very low counts and milestone numbers as interesting, and most values in between as ordinary. We are not going to tell you a boost is an investment — buy it because you want the number on your own weapon, not because you expect to sell it for more.

No. The counter only goes up. There is no mechanism in Counter-Strike to reset or reduce it, ours or anyone else's, and a service claiming it can is describing something that does not exist.

You tell us which StatTrak item to raise and it needs to be in your own inventory. You do not need to have been playing with it, and you do not need to build a loadout around it beforehand.

No — they are two different services that happen to share an account and a balance here. Commends are ratings other players give your Steam profile. StatTrak is a kill counter on one specific item in your inventory. Buying one does not affect the other.
